Before Booking
Yes, you need to be a Tzoor member before you make any booking, simply register here, and get started.
For activities with Instant confirmation , that means your booking will be confirmed within 5 minutes, on the other hand, confirmation-based booking will be confirmed within 24-48 hours.
You can pay by credit/debit card, Apple Pay, benefit Pay and Mada. Please note that some payment methods may not be available in your selected currency or country/region or depend on the type of booking (confirmation-based booking or instant booking).
Search activities on TZOOR, select what you want to book and continue to the payment page. Complete your payment and start your adventure!
Sure! Just be sure to use the contact details of the friend or family member whom you are booking on behalf of so we can contact them directly if necessary.
TZOOR will provide you with the contact information of your driver and/or tour guide at least one day prior to the chosen date. Information will be sent via email.
All activities, tours, or other products are subject to their local time zone.
You will be able to use your voucher/booking on the same date you selected in the product page for your booking, please plan accordingly.
In some cases, passport information is necessary to complete your booking. This information will be collected and used only for the booking.
Unfortunately, we can't confirm with 100% accuracy the availability of certain tickets or products. Once your order is placed, we aim to confirm your booking with our supplier as soon as possible.
After Booking
Please check your spam folder. Occasionally, the email may be sent to your spam folder by accident. To solve this issue, please add booking@tzoor.com to your address book. Still can't find it. . Simply go to the Bookings page, select the booking and then select the chat icon.
This depends on the activity you've booked. You can find out whether your booking has instantconfirmation or 24-48 hours confirmation on the activity's page. For activities with Instantconfirmation, that means your booking will be confirmed within 5 minutes. If you haven't received your confirmation email by the time listed, please check the spam folder in your email inbox first. Still can't find it. . In the event that a product is fully booked, you will be offered a date change or a full refund if there are no other available dates.
Please review the product's cancellation policy for more details on adjustment charges. Some products may not allow for changes to be made after booking or may require a surcharge for adjustments. Please double-check the policy before booking.
Once submitted, reviews will be going to our content moderators for approval, once it is approved, they will appear immediately on the product page. Reviews are sorted by rating level.
On The Checkin Day
Before booking: You can find the meeting point details/ location under Map on the activity's page.
After booking: You can find the meeting point/ location details on your voucher. If you're still unsure, feel free to directly contact the operator to find out more details (their contact info is on your voucher).
Some operators will ask participants to confirm their identification on arrival or at pick-up. For example, you'll need to present your passport when redeeming the Scuba dive voucher. Please check the booking pages carefully to find out whether you need to present your passport. You can also find more info on the activity page.
Payment
Tzoor uses third-party secure payment gateways to process your payment, all payments are securely processed over HTTPS and your card information never touches our servers.

You can check out in 8 different currencies including all GCC currencies, Euro (EUR), and US Dollar (USD).
Sorry, because Tzoor is an online platform we cannot accept cash payments.
Please make sure to finish the payment process within 15 minutes, or you will have to make the booking again. If your payment card is rejected, please try a different card. Please check with your bank to ensure there are no issues on their end. We also recommend switching to using Google Chrome as a browser or trying purchasing via our app instead. Booking Changes & Refunds

This depends on your activity's cancellation policy. For activities with free cancellation and activities with conditional cancellation If you want to apply for a refund, you can . Simply go to the Bookings page and then select the chat icon. For activities with no cancellation: Sorry, this activity can't be refunded.
Refunds usually take 5-7 working days to appear in your account, but it can take up to 30 days for certain banks. If you have still not received your refund, you can . Simply go to the Bookings page, then select the chat icon.
